LOVE IN STORE (Mobile Application) ownder and developed by YOMA Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“We/ Us/ Our/ LOVE IN STORE Platform(s)”) appreciates your business and is delighted to have you as a client. The following policy provides information, guidelines and procedures for Return, Refund and Cancellation concerning any order you make with us, unless specifically stated otherwise on the advertisement or the product page while placing the order.

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and have therefore adopted a liberal Return, Refund and Cancellation policy.

We are aggregator for marketing and selling of FMCG goods, we provide an e commerce platform for only placing orders; consequently stocking, storing, procuring, sourcing, delivery, cancellation, return and refund of order are not included in our professional domain.

RETURN

  • Returns will be considered/ initiated by and after making a request to the concerned distributor, and in furtherance the distributor has to agree to return after the order has been placed. However, the return request will not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the distributor/ merchant and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • The procedure regarding the return policy of any order placed by the user (client) using our services will be governed by the policy of concerned distributor. More information regarding the same can be obtained from the concerned distributor under the guidelines laid down by the Manufacturer [contact link].
  • In case of receipt of damaged goods/ items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the distributor/ merchant has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • Return requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
    • Product is damaged due to misuse/ overuse.
    • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
    • Serial Number is tampered.
    • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/ Manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Product is used, opened or altered.
    • If request is not initiated up till 5 business days of order delivery.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To request a Refund and/or Cancellation, please contact the concerned distributor with your purchase details. The process of Refund is not included in our domain of responsibilities.  Procedure of the Refund and Cancellation will be initiated by and after making a request to the concerned Distributor.
  • For refund of orders, payment for which has been made through Paytm, you are requested to contact our Customer Service team at [Email], along with the concerned Distributor. This request will only be entertained after the distributor/ merchant has checked and determined the same at its own end.
  • Limitation
    We are not engaged in the process of the refund and cancellation as it is not included in our services. To initiate any request with respect to refund and cancellation please contact the concerned distributor.
  • Modification
    No request for Modification of order will be entertained. Order may be cancelled at the option of the user.
